PURPOSE: A method for reassembling messages in the connectionless-mode network service of the SCCP(Signal Connection Control Part) of the No. 7 signaling system is provided to carry out reassembly processing with the consideration of a segmentation parameter, in transferring a connection-mode message transmitted from an MTP(Message Transfer Part) to a user part. CONSTITUTION: An MTP(101), an SCCP routing control part(105), an SCCP connectionless control part(110), an SCCP management part(120) and an SCCP user part(125) are provided to carry out a method for reassembling messages in the connectionless-mode network service of an SCCP of the No. 7 signaling system. The SCCP connectionless control part(110) consists of a control part(111) to perform overall processing for connectionless-mode control, a table(112) to manage information related to calling segmentation reference information, a memory(113) to store messages transmitted in a segmentation notion and a timer(114) to set up a receiving period for a segmentation stream.
