PURPOSE: A cowl cap assembly apparatus for combustor of gas turbine is provided to minimize a thermal distortion and achieve an enhanced work efficiency while allowing assembly of subunits constituting the cowl cap to be performed in the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A cowl cap assembly apparatus comprises a base(110) having a circular disk shape, a guide bar(120) erected at a center of the base(110), the guide bar(120) having a top portion inserted with a spacer bar(121) and a nut(122) coupled to a top of the spacer bar(121), a cylindrical drum(130) loaded onto the top of the base(110) and positioned outside of the guide bar(120), the drum(130) having at a top portion thereof an upper flange(131) for fixation of a key(133) and at a bottom portion thereof a lower flange(132) to be coupled to the base(110), a plurality of fixing bars(140) to be inserted at equal spaces into the upper flange(131) and which are coupled at a lower surface of the upper flange(131) by the nut(141), a cap bolt(150) to be screw-coupled to the top of the fixing bar(140) protruded from the upper flange(131), with a spacer washer(51) between the top of the fixing bar(140) and cap bolt(150), and a clamp(160) to be coupled at both sides of the cap bolt(150) by a bolt(161).
