PURPOSE: A toothbrush is provided, which corresponds properly to curved part of teeth or the teethridge by using an elastic brush base during cleaning teeth, prevents leftovers of being caught around the brush base and is sanitary. CONSTITUTION: A toothbrush comprises a brush base(3) with bristles(2), made of resilient soft material having a great restoring force, and a reception part(4) of the brush base, forming a sunken part(11) to have some spaces between the base and the toothbrush body. The reception part and the brush base have a connecting structure(12)(31) corresponding to each other. The base of the brush is composed of silicone and a bottom part of the base has a curved shape as going to a central part.
