发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING PRESSURIZED OXYGEN AND KRYPTON/XENON BY DISTILLATION OF AIR AT LOW TEMPERATURE
摘要 PURPOSE: A process and an apparatus for producing pressurized oxygen and krypton/xexon by low-temperature fractionation of air are provided to obtain a krypton incubation product and a xenon incubation product in addition to a pressurized oxygen product. CONSTITUTION: In a process for generating pressurized oxygen and krypton/xenon by fractionation of air at a low temperature, compressed and purified supply air(4,21,22,23) is introduced into a rectifying system, a first oxygen fractionation(11) is removed from a low pressure column(3), increased in the pressure into a liquid state and evaporated to be removed as a pressurized oxygen product(24), additionally a second oxygen fractionation(16) is removed from the low pressure column, and passed to a lower or central area of a krypton-xenon incubation column(15), the first oxygen fractionation is removed from more than one real terminal or a theoretical terminal on a bottom of the low pressure column and introduced into an upper area of the krypton-xenon incubation column in a liquid state after being increased in the pressure(12), a krypton incubation fractionation and/or xenon incubation fractionation(19) is removed from the lower area of the krypton-xenon incubation column, and the pressurized oxygen product is collected in a gas state from the upper area of the krypton-xenon incubation column. PURPOSE: A glass which has the same property as a conventional glass for sealing without containing an ingredient of lead and a sealing materials using thereof which is suitable as a replacement of lead sealing materials are provided. CONSTITUTION: A glass for sealing contains SnO, B2O3 and P2O5 as main components and comprises: (i) 30-70 mol. % of SnO; (ii) 5-30 mol. % of B2O3; and (iii) 24.1-45 mol. % of P2O3, wherein the mole ratio of B2O3/P2O5 is more than 0.20. The sealing materials comprises: (i) 50-100 vol.% of the glass powder containing SnO, B2O3 and P2O5 as main components; and (ii) 0-50 vol.% of fireproof filler powder, wherein the glass powder comprises 30-70 mol. % of SnO, 5-30 mol. % of B2O3 and 24.1-45 mol. % of P2O3 and the mole ratio of B2O3/P2O5 is more than 0.20.
