<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify fume accompanied with ashes generated by incineration of household wastes and easily inactivate ashes. SOLUTION: This method comprises separating ashes by treating fumes 3 by a dust removal unit 4, washing the ashes 5 with water, and treating resultant fumes containing no dust with a basic reagent 11 containing a sodium compound. The method further comprises treating the fume gases 12 accompanied with dust by a dust removing sleeve filter 13, dispersing the dust 16 collected by the sleeve filter in water 8 used for washing the ashes 5, and then purifying the obtained aqueous sodium chloride solution 19.</p> |
