PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the balance between braking performance and rolling resistance by constituting a tire tread part by using a rubber composition respectively including diene rubber, carbon black and hydrotalcite of specific pts.wt. SOLUTION: In a cap compound of a tire tread, the balance between wet performance and rolling resistance can be improved by blending hydrotalcite with rubber and a reinforcing material as a blending agent. That is, carbon black is 5 to 150 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of diene rubber, desirably, 30 to 120 pts.wt., and the total quantity is 30 to 160 pts.wt. Both of a type of having crystal water and a type of removing crystal water can be used as the hydrotalcite, and the blending quantity is 5 to 50 pts.wt. in a crystal water nonexistent state. When this blending quantity is tool little, a balance improving effect is not sufficient, and when the blending quantities too much to the contrary, abrasion resistance and physical properties are deteriorated.
