RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR USE IN VULCANIZATION BLADDER

PURPOSE: A rubber composition for use in vulcanization bladder is provided to improve anti-heat aging and anti-exhaustion properties and to inhibit the failure in vulcanization process of tires so that the working life of bladder can be extended. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for use in vulcanization bladder according to the present invention comprises: a) 100 parts by weight of isobutylene-isoprolene rubber having 1.5 to 2.0 mole% of unsaturation ; b) 20 to 40 parts by weight of furnace black from carbon black; c) 30 to 80 parts by weight of acetylene black; d) 5 to 20 parts by weight of alkylphenol resin; e) 0.5 to 5.0 parts by weight of 1,3-bis(citraconimidomethyl)benzene; and e) conventional compounding agents for vulcanization bladder.
