The invention relates to novel compounds of formula (I), wherein R stands for phenyl, phenyl which has been substituted by C1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy or halogen, naphthyl or an aromatic ring with heteroatoms; X means O, S, SO oder SO2; R1 and R2 respectively stand for a C1-14alkyl radical which have 4 to 16 C-atoms together or R1 and R2 together stand for a C4-8alkylene radical; Y means hydroxy, C1-12alkoxy, C1-4alkylamino, Di-C1-4alkylamino or a piperidine or morpholine ring which is bound to nitrogen. The invention also relates to a method for producing said compounds and to the use thereof as photoinitiators or photosensitisers.
