PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an exterior counter in an easy posture, to avoid splashing of water, and to secure an excellent external appearance of the whole garden by installing outdoors a leg part having a prescribed length dimension such as an upper surface becomes a waist peripheral height of a person and a service water cock capable of supplying water to a sink. SOLUTION: A sink 22 is arranged on the upper surface right side of an FRP counter main body 2, a table part 24 is arranged on the left side, a service water cock 4 having a faucet 42 having a delivery port 41 opening downward by curving after extending upward once by being connected from a water supply pipe 52 is arranged in the right inmost part, and a waste pipe is connected from the lower side of the counter main body 2 to a waste port of a bottom part of a sink 22. A leg part 3 having a length dimension set to, for example, 700 mm is connected to under surface four-corner parts of the counter main body 2, and an upper surface 21 of the counter main body 2 is positioned in a waist peripheral height of a person. The person can wash hands and gardening utensils in an easy posture while standing, and since water from the sevice water cock 4 drops in the sink 22, the water does not splash on the person. An exterior counter also contribute to securing an excellent external appearance as the whole garden.
