PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for pressing an angle and annular member excellent in formability by which materials are effectively utilized and also the generation of wrinkles is suppressed. SOLUTION: After approximately strip-like base stock having notches 4a, 4b at a prescribed interval on one side in the longitudinal direction of a planar body is formed by blanking, the base stock is formed by bending into a wavy shape so that plural circular-arcular shapes are arranged successively. The base stock is bent into an approximately angle shape by bending the intermediate part in the short-side direction, an erected band-plate piece 6d and seating plate piece 6e, 6f, 6g are formed and they are formed by bending into the wavy shape so that plural semicircular-arc bodies are arranged successively. At last, by bending the notched parts 6a, 6b of the erected band-plate piece 6d, the base stock is formed by bending into an annular shape.
