PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register personal information and to respond to a telephone call after watching the personal information of a party by storing the preset personal information, transmitting/receiving this information at the time of transmission/ reception start and displaying it. SOLUTION: The personal information is previously inputted from an operating part to a control part and the control part stores it in the personal information of a user of a storage part. In this case, when the user on the side of call origination inputs the instruction of call origination from an operating part 218, a control part 214 transmits a call origination request signal to a radio part 215. A radio part 225 receives this signal and reports it to a control part 224 and at such a time, the control part 224 makes the radio part 225 transmit a call origination confirm signal. The radio part 215, which receives this signal, reports it to the control part 214 and transmits personal information 212. The control part 224 registers this information in a storage part 221, extracts the personal information 222 of the user from that storage part and transmits it by the radio part 225. The radio part 215 receives this information and this is registered by the control part 214. Afterwards, the control part 224 starts call terminating processing and the received personal information of a caller is displayed on a display part 227.
