The present invention provides a curable resin composition and its application to laminate film, which can form a coating film having excellent performances such as adhesion to various substrates at a low temperature of 150 DEG C. or lower, water resistance and chemical resistance, can be suitably used for various purposes of use, and can be used safely. The curable resin composition comprises a carboxyl group-containing polymer and an oxazoline group-containing polymer, and is characterized in that the carboxyl group-containing polymer contains primary and/or secondary amino groups.
