PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional pigment having properties more excellent than those of a conventional functional pigment. SOLUTION: This mixture essentially consists of at least two components, namely, component A comprising Al2O3 flakes coated with at least one metal, metal oxide, and/or a metal sulfide and component B being at least one functional pigment such as a conductive pigment, a magnetic pigment, an IR reflecting pigment or a laser marking pigment. It is desirable that component B comprises SiO2 flakes and/or mica platelets having a conductive layer being tin dioxide layer doped with antimony, a halogen and/or phosphorus. |
