PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the measurement of a temperature of a coin battery during charging or discharging. SOLUTION: Two electrodes holding a battery consists of a rod-like electrode 5 and a plate-like electrode 6 fixed to a printed circuit board 3. The plate-like electrode is formed into an elongated shape, and is fixed at the root thereof to the printed circuit board 3, is swollen and rises at the center from the printed circuit board 3. The plate-like electrodes are used in group of two, astride which a coin battery 30 is placed. A thermister 25 is mounted on the printed circuit board 3 between the plate-like electrodes. A guide frame 27 for positioning the coin battery is disposed around the plate-like electrodes.
