PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out weeding on a slope, etc., safely, surely and efficiently. SOLUTION: A mowing part 10 is built in a steel case 9 equipped with a fitting part 7 to the tip part of an arm member of a back hoe. Weeds introduced from a front opening part 14 by the advance of the steel case 9 is cut by the mowing part 10 and discharged from a rear opening part 17. The mowing part 10 is provided with mowing blades 23a, 23b and 23c fixed to three revolving shafts, respectively installed at fixed intervals in the right and left direction of the steel case 9. The mowing blade 23a existing at the left in the advance direction of the steel case 9 is rotated clockwise when viewed in a plane. The remaining mowing blades 23b and 23c are rotated anticlockwise. An empty can, a small stone, etc., struck and shaken off by the mowing blades 23b and 23c are repelled in the rear direction by the clockwise rotating mowing blade 23a in the steel case 9.
