METHOD FOR PRODUCING ORGANIC MATTER COATED STRIP USING ORGANIC SOLUTION CONTAINING COLORING AGENT HAVING EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE, HEATPROOF PROPERTY AND DISCERNMENT

PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce an organic matter coated strip using resin solution containing a coloring agent having excellent corrosion resistance, heatproof property and discernment. CONSTITUTION: Resin solution containing a coloring agent is coated on an electrically zinc-nickel plated strip processed by chromate in 0.5 to 3.0 micrometer of drying film thickness. Then, the strip is heated in a temperature of 140 to 200°C. The resin solution contains 5 to 80phr of melamine resin, 12 to 30phr of colloidal silica and 10phr of chromate sodium, by weight. Also, the resin solution contains 0.5 to 2wt% of a coloring agent.
