PURPOSE: A tire cord is provided which has high productivity and high quality by using a rolling and a topping process. CONSTITUTION: A tire cord of automobile is useful for the textile reinforcement material. In particular, the tire cord is nylon, rayon, polyester, aramid or steel. A difference of maximum longitudinal arrangement variable and minimum longitudinal arrangement variable is no more than 15%. A longitudinal arrangement variable is obtained by the following formula: section weft number per unit width/average weft number per unit x 100. A longitudinal density distribution of code paper after a topping process is deviation of 0.5.
