PURPOSE: A mobile subscriber termination rejecting method is provided to reject a termination connection according to a location of a calling subscriber by use of a wireless intelligent network. CONSTITUTION: In a mobile subscriber termination rejecting method, a subscriber generates a dial digit using a mobile station(MS)(a), and the dial digit is transferred to an originating base station controller(BSC) of a corresponding region. The originating BSC transports a location request message(LOCREQ) comprising telephone number information to a home location register(HLR) related to the MS(b), and the HLR transfers a termination rejecting service request message(SERVERQ) to a service control point(SCP)(b). The HLR adds and transfers an identification(ID) of a mobile switch center(MSC) in the message(SERVERQ)(c). The SCP detects a location of a calling subscriber using the MSC ID, and judges whether the detected location is a location registered to reject a termination. The SCP transfers the message(SERVREQ) comprising an operation code(ACTCODE) to the HLR(d), and the HLR determines whether a termination is performed according to the operation code(ACTCODE). The HLR transmits a routing request message(ROUTREQ), comprising a mobile identification number(MIN), to a visited location register(VLR)(e). A temporary local directory number(TLDN) is requested(f), and a serving MSC transfers the TLDN, on which a routing request message(routreq) is loaded, to the VLR(g). The VLR again requests a routing request message(routreq) to the HLR(h), and the HLR transmits a location request message(locreq) to the originating MSC(i).
