PURPOSE: A method for transceiving facsimile data of multi-function peripherals(MFP), is provided to reduce a transmission time and a required cost of facsimile data, by transceiving facsimile data to be transmitted in a computer through internet, when transmitting facsimile data to external or receiving facsimile data from external. CONSTITUTION: A method for transceiving facsimile data of multi-function peripherals(MFP), comprises the steps as follows. In a registration step, the number of transmission destination on internet, where a user requires to transmit facsimile data, is registered. In a storage step, when the registration of the transmission destination number on internet is completed, a document to be transmitted is scanned, and generated binary data is stored in a storage circuit by being formatted to a predetermined image file including file information in order to be transmitted to the transmission destination number on the internet. In a transmission step, when the storage is completed in the storage step, the predetermined image file is transmitted to the transmission destination number on the internet, through transport control protocol/internet protocol(TCP/IP).
