PURPOSE: A method for charging an incoming of a communication charge in a communication process service network, is provided to charge the communication access charge to an information provider when a user uses specific information. CONSTITUTION: A method for charging an incoming of a communication charge in a communication process service network contains steps. At the first step, a service management system transmits detailed information and initial screen, and routing information including a charge, if an information provider requests the service management system for an acting register on a withdrawal. At the second step, if a regional management device transmits the registered routing information and the initial screen to a service access device, the service access device displays the initial screen on a user's screen, after extracting a transmit number by receiving a user call. At the third step, the service access device requests the regional management device for a detail on information selected by the user. At the fourth step, the service access device charges by use of the detail and an incoming charge number, if the regional management device searches a management table, to transmit the detail and the incoming charge number to the service access device.
