<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conference room equipment suitable for research presentation assuming the duty to protect privileged information, contributing to maintenance of high-confidentiality conference environment and accurate recording of conference contents, and to provide a conference recording system using the conference room equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In a conference room, a screen and a whiteboard are provided on a front wall side, presenting persons and evaluators face to each other along sidewalls, and a desk of a manager of a conference and a conference-recording video recorder are disposed on a rear wall side. Remarks of the presenting persons and the evaluators are reproduced from a speaker on the front wall side, so that the remarks are accurately recorded to ensure specification of a speaker. An entrance/exit provided on the rear wall side is disposed with a desk of a manager of access, a room-entering person is confirmed, and an accessing door is inward opened such that the screen or the like cannot be visually recognized when the door opens. By such a structure of this conference room equipment, the conference contents are certainly recorded, so that the speaker is clarified, and high confidentiality is ensured to prompt participants to the active remarks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
