发明名称 METHOD FOR DETECTING INCREASE OF RESISTANCE OF LINE BY USING SENSOR IN GAS BOILER
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for detecting increase of resistance of line by using sensor in gas boiler is provided, in order that a microcomputer perceives the increase of resistance of line in response to a detection of increase of resistance of line by an ultra sonic flow sensor, a hall sensor, a magnetic resistor, and a lead relay, which are mounted in the pipe line, or by a determination that a gradient of temperature curve is varied abruptly and repeatedly several times in comparison with temperatures between two thermistors, and then flickers a proper display lamp mounted on the gas boiler with making the operation of a normal combustion to be continued. Accordingly, since a user may find the fact of the claim quickly, the user may promptly carry out the repair works or take advantage of repair service by calling to a manufacturing company of a gas boiler, so that unnecessary time consumption for repairing the boiler is avoided, any deterioration of durability of a boiler is prevented previously, and, thus, the reliability to the products is further improved. CONSTITUTION: In a method for detecting increase of resistance of line by using sensor in gas boiler, when a power source of a gas boiler is turned on(S10), a step for initializing a resistance of circulating flow is firstly performed(S11). In response to the resistance of circulating flow, a step for carrying out a normal combustion of the gas boiler is performed(S20). During the normal combustion of the gas boiler, a step for determining whether operation mode is hot water mode or heating mode according to a position of float switch is performed(S21). In the hot water mode, a step for determining whether a measured value(Zw) of the resistance of line for hot water is detected as being above a value of adding an initial value(Zws) of the resistance of line for hot water to a predetermined ranged value(±N%) above predetermined number of times(A) within a predetermined time period(Xsec)(S22). If not so, a step for operating the gas boiler in a normal operation state is performed(S23). If so, however, a step for displaying the fact on a proper display lamp mounted on the gas boiler with making the gas boiler to be operated in an emergency operation is performed(S24). During the emergency operation, if a measured value(Zw) of the resistance of line for hot water is detected as being above a value of adding an initial value(Zws) of the resistance of line for hot water to a predetermined ranged value(±2N%) above predetermined number of times(B) within a predetermined time period(Ysec)(S25), a step for completely stopping the operation system in the gas boiler is performed(S26). Likely in the hot water mode, processes(S30 to S34) similar to those in the hot water mode(S22 to S26) are performed in a heating mode as well.
