PURPOSE: A method for presiding a conference call of a cellular phone is provided automatically to control presiding the conference call, when a user generates a command, if registering previously by grouping cell phone subscribers who are a remote party. CONSTITUTION: A method for presiding a conference call of cellular phone contains steps. The first step is to set up a conference call mode, if a user inputs a command setup a conference call mode. The second process is to search a conference call subscriber table if setting up the mode, and to check registered remote party and a remote order. The third step is to transmit a request for a subscriber setup to a network based on the searched result, and is to hold, if receiving a response informing a connection from the network. The fourth step is to transmit a request for a next subscriber setup, and to transmit a request for the conference call to the network, for combining the held call and a present active call, if the response is received. The fifth step is, if the held call and the present active call are combined by the network, to hold the combined call again, and repeat an operation transmitting a request for a subscriber setup of a next order, and to combine orderly up to a final remote party. The sixth step is to start the conference call, if combining the final remote party.
