PURPOSE: An apparatus for managing remote system failures is provided to remotely interworking with a local carrier system to monitor network statuses and failures, and to immediately manage causes of the system failures in a digital trunked radio system(D-TRS) frequency hop multiplexing access(FHMA) system. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for managing remote system failures of a digital trunked radio system(D-TRS) frequency hop multiplexing access(FHMA) system, comprises terminal servers(14-17), personal computers(PCs)(10-13), and an integrated remote system failures managing center. The terminal servers are utilized to system exclusive line modems with exclusive line modems(6-9), among 9600bps four-line transitions mounted on the FHMA system. The personal computers are connected through 9600bps exclusive line modems(2-5) to operate a what's up program and a frame check sequence+(FSC) failure managing system. The what's up program monitors each base station and terminal call statuses. The FSC failure managing system is an alarm outputting program. The integrated remote system failure managing center controls each equipment by using a terminal software which is a remote connection program.
