摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method of welding stainless steel is provided to enhance toughness and ductility of a welded portion by controlling the chemical composition of a weld metal at a ratio of 3-4wt% of nickel to 0.03-0.05wt% of carbon+nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: In welding high Cr-Fe stainless steel with a laser, the stainless steel is welded at the filler wire speed of 2.5-4.0rpm under the condition of 5KW of laser output, 1-3rpm of welding speed and 0.1-0.3mm of a gap. The stainless steel is welded by controlling the elements of a weld metal about 3.0-4.0wt% of nickel, 0.03-0.05wt% of carbon+nitrogen to improve the toughness of a welded portion.
