<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To displace a flexible piping by quick operation to lay the same again, by inserting a fastening pin with necking into both through openings in a state that a piping holder and a pressing plate for fastening and fixing at least one pipe are plastically fastened to one another. SOLUTION: A pressing plate 4, for example, a disc-shaped part comprises a through opening on its center, and a lower surface of the pressing plate 4 is flat or provided with a piping receiver 3. When a piping 2 to be accomodated in the piping receiver 3 is fastened and fixed to a piping holder 1, a pressing plate 4 is separated from the piping holder 1 against the fastening force of a fastening pin 5 to insert the piping 2, or the piping accomodated in advance is displaced on the basis of a desired laying position to be positioned. Then the pressing plate 4 is released, and then pulled toward the piping holder 1 again to be fastened and fixed to the piping 2.</p> |
