<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equal and highly reliable telephone betting service while effectively utilizing resources. SOLUTION: When a service execution request is received, while referring to a betting managing table 2 expanded on a shared memory 6, a call processing means 1 judges whether it is within betting time or not and whether the maximum number of times of betting is set for each call originating number or not. When it is within the betting time and the number of times of betting is limited for each call originating number, the number of times of betting of that call originating number acquired from a betting table 3 by call originating numbers is compared with the maximum number of betting enable times of that call originating number acquired from the betting managing table 2 and when the number of times of betting is less than the maximum number of betting enable times, just '1' is added to the number of ties of betting by judging the success of betting. When the betting time is over, a betting time managing means 4 erases the betting table 3 by call originating numbers.</p> |
