SOLUTION: A calcium oxide conversion amount C obtained by quantitatively determining a calcium carbonate content by a thermal analysis method, a calcium oxide conversion amount Cmax obtained by quantitatively determining a total calcium content, a calcium oxide conversion amount Cs of calcium sulfate obtained by quantitatively determining a total sulfur content, and a calcium oxide conversion amount Co obtained by quantitatively determining a calcium carbonate content through a thermal analysis method in an uncarbonated sample manufactured by the same manufacture method are obtained and a deterioration is evaluated quantitatively by a carbonation degree Dc (%) of the formula (C-Co)/(Cmax-CsCo)×100. The thermal analysis method employs a thermal gravimetric-differential thermal analyzer (TG-DTA) and it is desirable that a weight reduction quantity of a carbon dioxide gas corresponding to a heat absorption peak at 600 deg.C-900 deg.C.
