PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 90-degree phase generator that is operated at a higher frequency while keeping high accuracy by employing two mixers. SOLUTION: In the 90-degree phase generator, a voltage controlled delay circuit D is connected between two inputs of two mixers M1, M2 whose inputs are alternately connected, a sum of outputs of the two mixers is given to the voltage controlled delay circuit D through an integration device S to control the circuit D via its control input so that the delay is always 90 degrees.
