SOLUTION: An operator can perform time setting by inputting the time of a country regardless of a shipping destination even at time setting in a factory, and operability can be improved with little confusion because the time of a shipping destination country is automatically set by providing a time difference table 20 toward Japan representing time difference between Japan and each country, an inputting means that inputs the country and time of a manufacturing source factory and a shipping destination country and a time setting means which finds the time of the shipping country from the country and time of the manufacturing source factory and the shipping destination country based on the table 20. |
