PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method and an image processing system capable of improving image quality in converting to a high resolution still image, based on plural low resolution images. SOLUTION: Among the plural frames of moving images stored in a storage part 101, the motion vector of an m-th frame and an (m+n)-th frame is extracted in a motion vector computation part 102 and the motion vector is divided by a frame number among the frames in a vector division part 103. Then, based on the divided vector, the pixels of an (m+a)-th frame (a<n) are respectively arranged in an arrangement part B105 and synthesized with the pixels of the m-th frame in a synthesis part 106. |
