PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material processing device capable of rapidly processing photosensitive material. SOLUTION: Carrying rollers 38 for horizontally carrying a paper P in processing liquid are installed in tanks, and a slit 106 is formed in a partition wall 104 between the tanks so that the paper P may pass through the slit 106. As for the slit 106, a 1st guide member 150 is arranged on the upstream side, and the upper end of a blade 108 which is attached to the lower part of the slit 108 is pressurized against the upper chamfered part 106A of the slit 106. The paper P lying in the processing liquid is horizontally carried, and the leading end of the paper P is guided toward the blade 108 by the 1st guide member 150, then, the paper P passes through between the upper end of the blade 108 and the slit 106, then, the paper P is carried to the adjacent downstream processing tank. The paper P is carried to the downstream processing tank without getting over the partition wall between the processing tanks, then, a carrying distance is shortened, then, the rapid processing is accomplished.
