PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a balanced limiter reduced in the adjusting time of an amplitude characteristic and a phase characteristic by composing a limiter circuit of a multi-diode chip in which n pieces of diode elements are arranged in parallel on the same semi-conductor chip, n pieces of input matching circuits corresponding to the n pieces of diode elements of the multi-diode chip and n pieces of output matching circuits. SOLUTION: The multi-diode chip 2 is used, where n pieces of diode elements 1a-1n are formed in parallel on the same semi-conductor chip. This balanced limiter is provided with n pieces of input matching circuit 3a-3n corresponding to the diode elements 1a-1n of the multi-diode chip 2, n pieces of output matching circuits 4a-4n corresponding to the diode elements 1a-1n of the chip 2, an n-distributors 5 for supplying signals to the input matching circuits and an n-combiners 6 for combining the signals from the output matching circuits. Thus, the dispersion of the amplitude characteristic and transmission phase characteristic of n pieces of limiter circuits 7 is reduced. |
