PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simply, inexpensively, efficiently and optimally graspable a vacant parking space especially in an urban traffic network. SOLUTION: Grasp of the parking space is enabled by a parking space grasping center 7 and the method for automatically grasping pieces of information 11, 12 on the parking space 5 which is utilized in one traffic network. In this case, the parking space information 11 to indicate a still stage positions I1 to I4, b1 to b4 of the vehicle is transmitted from a terminal on the side of a vehicle 2 to the center 7. Information 14 on the vacant parking space is generated from the center 7 and the information 14 on the vacant parking space is transmitted from the center 7 to the terminal 2 on the side of the vehicle. |
