PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adjust sensitivity of a rotating volume automatically according to a parameter. SOLUTION: An adjuster includes a parameter selecting means 1 for selecting an item to be adjusted, a parameter judging means 12 for judging the selected parameter, an insensitive time storing means 3 for storing a rotation insensitive time previously set for each parameter, an insensitive time setting means 5 for setting the detected rotation insensitive time to a timer for observing the time in a time measuring means 7, a rotating volume operation detecting means 6 for detecting whether an operation of the rotating volume is started or not, a pulse generating means 8 for generating a pulse signal when the operation of the rotating volume is operated, and a pulse extracting means 9 for extracting the pulse as the rotation insensitive time goes by.
