PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify data from the outside by specifying the name of the data even if the address of the data is unknown by performing retrieval from a storage means with a name and reading the address of the data out by implementing a function for retrieval when a program is initialized. SOLUTION: When a program is read out, a data management part 23 reads the address 1003H of a 1st memory 12 where data on a variable having a name ABC out by, for example, an address readout functionα=func get ('ABC') and stores the address in its 2nd memory in response to an initialization part 21. Then the program enters an execution part 22 and the data management part 23 accesses the 1st memory 12 by using the address 1003H in response to a pointer variable and returns a data value 12 stored in the address to the execution part (A). Here, data, e.g. a label ABC and the data value 12 are stored in the address 1003H of the 1st memory 12.
