The tilt holder has holders for the handles of the wheel-chair. The pivot axles of the handle-holders are formed by angled extensions. The handle-holders transfer any change to the angle of tilt via an extension onto the carrier-bar. The angled extensions are held by a stabilizer bar which has an attachment for the head-rest. The angled extensions run along vertical guide rails joined at right angles to floor-rails.
