PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the drive, to lower profile, and to reduce the machining cost in a piezoelectric drive type carrying device using a piezoelectric element for a vibration source of a vibrating body for carrying various parts such as an electronic parts or a machine parts by the vibration. SOLUTION: A plurality of exciting bodies 1 provided with a notched part 3' on the long side of a rectangular elastic plate 3, and attached with a piezoelectric element 2 to both sides of the elastic plate 3 are erected in an inclined condition, lower end parts of the exciting bodies 1 are connected and fixed to a base 9 through connection blocks 4, 5 integrated with a connection block body 6, a vibration control spring 8 and a vibration control spring holder 7, and the vibration control spring 8 is fixed perpendicular to the base 9.
