PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-processing type lithographic printing plate and a printing method, which has a high discriminating properties between an image part and a non-image part and in which a printing original plate can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: The surface of the original plate has an anodized zinc film layer and is image-wise exposed with an active light so as to turn an image region into a printing surface by receiving an ink through contact of an exposed surface with an printing ink for the execution of a printing. Further, by cleaningly removing the ink left on the used printing plate surface and then heat-treating the original plate at 80-300 deg.C for its repeated use.
