PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain abnormal discharge by electrification of a rotary body and scavenging of a foreign matter by electrification of a rolling body itself by constituting an inner ring and an outer ring of a conductive material and the rolling body of conductive ceramics. SOLUTION: A ball bearing is constituted of an outer ring 1, an inner ring 2, a rolling body 3, a cage 4 and a seal 5. Among these, the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2 are made of stainless steel, and the rolling body 3 is constituted of conductive ceramics. Thus, the whole bearing has electric conductivity, a rotary body supported by a bearing can be electrically continued with a fixed side device, and the rotary body can transmit static electricity and intentionally imparted electric charge to the fixed side device without accumulating these. Because of the ceramic rolling body, the service life of the bearing can be lengthened, and since electrification of the rolling body itself can be restrained, capture of static electricity of a foreign matter in oil and the atmosphere can be reduced, and mixing of the foreign matter in the bearing inside can also be restrained.
