Next, the supporting plate 16 is tilted toward an upper arrow by the robot. As a result, the glass substrate 18 is successively moved toward side guide bars 24 and 24 in the state that the bottom end thereof is held supported. The glass substrate is thus pressed and positioned to the side guide bars 24 and 24.
