PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitate discharging device and a mud collecting block which can easily installed in an existing equipment, can remove precipitates from whole vessel bottom of a precipitation equipment, are excellent in maintainability and easily remove even gel precipitate of large fluidity. SOLUTION: The precipitate discharging device has a) a plurality of mud suction ports opened upwards, one or a plurality of mud suction pipe connection ports 4n opened at upper surfaces, a water passage pipe communicating with either of each mud suction port or mud suction pipe connection ports 4n. The device is provided with mud suction plates upper surfaces of which are formed to curved surfaces or folded surfaces inclined toward respective mud suction ports in a concave shape and further provided with b) a mud suction pipe 12 lower end part of which communicates with the mud suction pipe connection ports 4n and c) a mud suction pump 13 communicating with an upper end part of the mud suction pipe 12.
