PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance welding control device capable of obtaining high productivity and a proper welding quality. SOLUTION: In this resistance welding control device 1, total thickness of a workpiece W pressurized/nipped between an upper electrode 11 and a lower electrode 12 is measured by an electrode open/close volume measuring means 9, the measured value is inputted into a computing processing means 2. Thereby, when the computing processing means 2 commands a welding condition selecting means 4 to select a welding condition corresponding to total thickness of the workpiece W from a data table, the welding condition selecting means 4 selects the appropriate welding condition from the data table, whereby the computing processing means 2 welds/controls the workpiece W based on the selected welding condition.
