PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form vent passages and prevent occurrence dew condensation by arranging a plurality of wooden lower plates at predetermined intervals and arranging a plurality of wooden upper plates over the wooden lower plates at predetermined intervals in a manner intersecting the same. SOLUTION: A plurality of wooden lower plates 1 are arranged at predetermined intervals to form lower-layer gaps between the wooden lower plates 1. Then, upper wooden plates 3 being the same in shape as the wooden lower plates 1 are arranged over the wooden lower plates 1 at predetermined intervals in a direction opposite to the wooden lower plates 1, to thereby form upper-layer gaps 4 between the wooden upper plates 3 which communicate with the lower- layer gaps 2, respectively. These wooden lower and upper plates 1, 3 arranged on the lower and upper sides with respect to each other are fixed by nails 5. Thus, vent passages are formed by the lower-layer gaps 2 and the upper-layer gaps 4, which prevent dew condensation. Further, employment of thinnings as a raw material of the wooden lower plates 1 and the wooden upper plates 3 leads to effective use of the thinnnings, and employment of timbers produced in the prefecture where construction takes place leads to activation of the local timber industry.
