PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily restore a sheet door to a condition in which it makes opening and closing movements by preventing damage to the sheet of the sheet door when a passing vehicle collides against the sheet. SOLUTION: Right and left guide rails 17 for guiding both of the horizontal side edges of a sheet 8 are formed of a mounting frame 11, a first guide rail 14 and a second guide rail 15, each of the first and second guide rails 14, 15 being shaped to freely oscillate between a closed attitude and an open attitude and to be oscillated into the open attitude by an external force exerted in an opening direction. Should a passing vehicle collide against the sheet 8, the first and second guide rails 14, 15 oscillate into the open attitudes and the sheet 8 is detached from the guide rails 17 and thus secured from damage; also, the first and second guide rails 14, 15 are oscillated into the closed attitudes, whereby a door can be restored to a condition in which it makes opening and closing movements.
