PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print fixed data corresponding to the number of rows in variable data together with the variable data on a predetermined region in a recording paper without a complex operation. SOLUTION: In terms of printing on a post card, when one of plural pieces of example sentence data (fixed data) is selected (B11, B12) after inputting sender data (variable data) containing plural rows, it is judged whether or not the data can be printed on a predetermined printing region in a recording paper (B13-B15). When it is impossible to execute the printing, the other example sentence data capable of being printed is set (B16), then the data together with the sender data is printed on the predetermined printing region in the recording paper. As a result, it is possible to print the fixed data corresponding to the rows in the variable data together with the variable data on the predetermined printing region in a recording paper.
