PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a small accessory such as a suction port for a gap stored in a storing recess of a cleaner main body from being exposed to an outside in a condition where the cleaner main body is stored. SOLUTION: This vacuum cleaner is constituted to store accessories such as a hose 10 in an upper face opening type case 20, and to lay a cleaner main body 1 to store it in a laying part formed in an upper face opening 41. A storing recess 9 for storing small accessories such as a suction port 14 for a gap is formed in an outer circumferential face of the main body 1, and a cover part (storing case inner face 40b) for covering the storing recess 9 of the main body 1 is provided in a condition where the main body 1 is laid in the laying part (a rear wheel receiving part 42 and a protrusion 43).
