PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray wherein draining effect is excellent, effects for preserving freshness of perishable foods can be improved, and the tray is excellent in handlability and is convenient to use while no water-absorbing paper is used or if used the use of the water-absorbing paper is minimized. SOLUTION: A plurality of swells 14 swelling inside a tray are integrally molded with a tray bottom 10 for mounting contents (especially perishable food such as sea food or meat), first water collecting grooves 16, 18 are formed between the swells 14 and tray sidewalls 6, 8, a second water collecting groove 20 is formed between the respective swells 14, and a corrugation 22 is formed on an upper face of the swells 14.
