PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent viscous increase and electromagnetic radiation exposure by giving rotation magnetic field from outside the body, by acting a rigid magnetic material fixed at an outer periphery except a specific diameter section in a peripheral area of an intraocular lens, and by moving the intraocular lens backward and forward along a lens frame by a special pitch. SOLUTION: A projecting section 10 is provided at a symmetrical position centering an optical axis in an outer peripheral section of an artificial intraocular lens 4. An outer diameter of the lens is slightly smaller than an R-shaped section of a tip section 8 of a lead 7 of a lens frame made of a non- magnetic material to be engaged to an R-shaped surface. A rigid magnetic material 9 is coated on the outer peripheral section near to the cornea except a section of a diameter 5 mm on the optical axis. This rigid magnetic material 9 is not coated on the projecting section 10. The intraocular lens 4 is rotated by external magnetic field from a permanent magnet on an upper front jaw section and moved backward and forward to the lens frame at a pitch of 2.5 mm. A focus control from a clear visible distance to an unlimited distance can be realized thereby.
