PURPOSE: A method for preparing compost and feed by using dead domestic animals is provided which is sanitary and economically effective. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of supplying dead domestic animal for a cutting and pulverizing bath (2) containing a moisture controlling material (7) through a transfer apparatus (1); cutting, pulverizing and stirring the dead domestic animals at the cutting and pulverizing bath (2); heating the pulverized animals at the temperature above 100°C; cooling the sterilized animals to the temperature below 80°C; putting the cooled animals into the stirring and fermenting bath (4) where a microbe medium and fermenting it for about 24 hours; and releasing it. |
